Room for rent close to campus 1/1/2010 - 5/30/2010
We have a room for rent in a 5 bedroom house close to the UI campus. $300 per month. Lease runs January 1st through May 30th, so no issues with paying rent needlessly through the summer like most other places. The security deposit is already paid, and just pay the first month's rent when you sign the lease. Utilities including cable and high speed internet are split five ways so it works out to be fairly cheap. Its a nice house, and we're renting from a private owner so no issues with dealing with University City Rentals or any of the other shady rental companies. We're all seniors here at Idaho, and our house is a relaxed college place. The room is available fully furnished if you need it. I am looking for some one to take over my lease at the Grove Apartments ASAP!you can move in anytime now - dec. jan.10th (2 bedroom apartment but only 1 room is avaiable)each person signs their own lease so your not punished if your roomate doesn't pay their rent.
you would already have a roomate, she's a 21 years old female. She's very nice, clean, and quite.
The apartment includes: a 4 place kitchen table, couch, ottoman, comfy chair, washer and dryer. The room includes: a bed(size: full) huge walk in closet, private bathroom, bed side table, dresser, and desk. Also pet friendly.
Rent is $430 a month, included in the rent is: water, sewer, garbage (trash compactor on site) internet, and electric (up to $60 per apartment) I've already paid the rent up until January so those would be paid, the lease ends in August.

1bdrm in a Pet Friendly Duplex Nice and Clean. Willing to pay $250 to whomever takes it to help lower rent throughout the semester.
1 bdrm in a 2 bd/1 bath duplex. Duplex was built in 2002, it has a 2 car attached garage, fenced yard, W/D, dishwasher, central AC, big bedrooms (15x15), and very quiet in a residential neighborhood. The unit is pet friendly but very clean and nice. The total rent is $900 so for the one bedroom it is $450 plus electric which has not been over $60. There is one roommate who is a first year law student that is almost never home (ideal roommate situation). I am trying to sublease only because I have found property I can keep my horse on. It is a short drive to Pullman as well. For anyone looking for a nice quiet rental this is definitely worth it. 2 Rooms available in large 4 bedroom house!
Two rooms available in a pretty good size 4 bedroom/2 bath house about 1 mile from campus (an easy walk or bike ride). One of the rooms is available in December, the other in January. Rent is $300/month (all utilities and cable tv/internet included) with a $200 security deposit. The lease is month by month, though we're looking for someone for the entire spring semester only. We've got a good size backyard, and I have a big friendly black Labrador so I hope you don't mind dogs. 1997 Nissan Maxima GLE
I have to sell my car because I'm moving out of the country. If I weren't moving, I wouldn't sell it. It's the best car I've owned. It has a 16-gallon tank and I get 22mpg (town) and about 25mpg (highway). Details about the car are listed as follows:

HP Palilion dv6000 - $500
I bought a laptop three years ago for $2,000. It was custom built for me and has some extra bells and whistles. My warranty was running out this month, so I sent it in and had virtually everything replaced, including the system board, the hard drive, the thermal pad, the heatsink fan and the battery. There's more, but I can't remember it.
This laptop is old, but it works great. I have Borderlands installed on it and it runs. Don't get me wrong, the graphics aren't particularly clean - but it runs and there aren't any black splotches like you might expect playing such a new game on an older computer.

Need someone to assume housing contract for spring 2010 will pay 250$ downpayment fee!
hey,
Im posting this because i can no longer afford to live in the dormitories at the U of I. It is a great place and I would love to stay in my hall, however due to bills adding up and loans needing to be payed I will not be able to simply back out of my housing agreement and pay the early termination fee.I am located in Chrisman Hall of Gooding wing,we are known as the outdoor hall. We always schedule camping trips as well as outdoor activities,the people in this hall are just simply amazing. Im sure whoever takes over my contract will enjoy this dorm as much as I have in the past 10 weeks.
but if you would rather live in a different hall it makes no difference. as long as you assume the contract it will let you live anywhere on campus in any dorm you choose!

Haul my motorcycle and me to Boise Nov. 20th-22nd
I'm a 24 year old male student and I'm looking for a generous pickup truck driver to haul my motorcycle and I down to the Boise area. I will pay your gas.
I was planning to drive to Kuna, Idaho (just SW of Boise) on Saturday, November 21 if the weather remained above freezing. The way things are looking, it will not be safe to make the drive myself. If you are willing to make the haul I can be flexible with the departure date and time: I can leave that Friday morning or anytime through the weekend.

I truly can't afford to stay in the housing anymore for the next semester, and already have my housing figured out for next semester, they neglected to tell me that "extenuating circumstances" doesn't include paying for 95% of my college with loans. would greatly appreciate it if you could help me out. LLC SPRING HOUSING AGREEMENT
It's fairly simple. You want to live on campus and I want to live off campus. If I leave at the end of the semester without someone taking over my agreement then I will be fined a hefty sum. The cost of my single room agreement will be no more then an new agreement.
